General Information
Delicious by JDs is a home-based bake shop located in Maryland, offering custom baked goods made fresh to order. All of our products are crafted in a home kitchen that may process common allergens such as eggs, dairy, wheat, nuts, and soy.
Orders are accepted through our website, social media, and in person.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order.
Orders & Payments
All orders $70 or under require full payment at the time of booking. Orders over $70 require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date. The remaining balance, if applicable, is due no later than 15 days before pickup.
Payment is due 48 hours after invoices are sent. Date is not reserve, order is not reserve until payment confirmation is received.
Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in order cancellation and loss of your retainer fee. All sales are final and non-refundable, as our products are made to order.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders canceled within 30 days of pickup will not be refunded. Retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preference once the product has been received or picked up.
Designs & Copyright Policy
Due to copyright law, Delicious by JDs does not accept orders featuring copyrighted or trademarked characters, including but not limited to movie, TV show, or brand characters (e.g., Disney, Marvel, Nickelodeon, etc.).
Delicious by JDs will not replicate another baker’s exact work. Inspiration photos are welcome and will be used to create a design with our own artistic interpretation and style.
By placing an order, you agree to trust our creative process and understand that slight variations in color, design, or detail may occur.
Pickups & Storage
All pickups are from our location in the Eastern Shore, Maryland.
Our products are best enjoyed fresh! Please follow the storage or handling instructions provided at pickup for best results. Once an order leaves our care, Delicious by JDs is not responsible for damage, spoilage, or mishandling.
We know your time is very valuable. We hope you feel the same about our time. Please be on time for your pickup; we cannot guarantee order collection after your scheduled time, and a late fee may apply.
Orders not picked up will be subject for resale or donate and you will not receive a refund.
Allergens & Food Safety
Our kitchen may handle ingredients including but not limited to nuts, dairy, wheat, and soy. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free.
We recommend that customers with severe allergies use their discretion when placing an order.
Photography & Marketing
Delicious by JDs reserves the right to photograph and share all creations for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes. If you prefer your order not to be photographed or shared, please notify us before pickup.
No Shipping Policy
Delicious by JDs currently does not offer shipping. All orders are for local pickup
