Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?
Delicious by JDs is a home-based bake shop located on the Eastern Shore, Maryland. Please note, we do not have a physical storefront - all orders are custom and made-to-order.
What products do you offer? Do you ship your cookies, cakes, or treats?
We specialize in custom-decorated cookies, minimalist buttercream cakes, cupcakes, and our signature sweet treats including chocolate chip and s'mores cookies, brownies, and more. At this time, we do not offer shipping - all services are limited to customers within our local Maryland area.
How do I place an order, and how far in advance should | order?
You can submit your order request in our website our simply send us a message through Facebook or Instagram.
After I receive your request, within 24 hours we will follow up to discuss availability and details and provide you a quote. Once I have confirmation, I'll then send you an invoice.
We are typically booked 1-2 months in advance, so early booking is highly recommended, to secure your preferred date.
My event is coming up soon. Can you take a last-minute order?
Rush orders are not guaranteed but may be accepted depending on our schedule.
A rush order is defined as any order placed within 7-10 days of your pickup date. If we are able to accommodate your request, a 20% service fee will be added to your total.
How does payment work? Do you require a deposit?
Once we've finalized your order details, an invoice will be sent via email. Payment is due within 48 hours after invoice sent. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received.
Unpaid invoices after 48 hours will be canceled, and the date will be released to the next inquiry.
Orders of $70 or under require full payment at the time of order. Orders over $70 require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due 15 days before pickup.
Orders placed within 15 days or less require full payment regardless of amount and is nonrefundable.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Yes! Pickup is available at our location in Church Hill, Maryland.
We do not offer delivery at the time.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer documents for full details on cancellations and refunds.

Do you offer allergy-friendly, gluten-free, or vegan options?
Our kitchen is not allergen-free, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact with common allergens. Our products may contain - but are not limited to - dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, and other allergens.
At this time, we do not offer vegan or allergen-friendly cakes, cookies, or sweets.
We recommend that customers with severe allergies use their discretion when placing an order.
